Who doesn't love a simple, soft, tender, full flavored oatmeal cookie? Sometimes an oatmeal cookie really is just a wonderful old-fashion oatmeal cookie with nothing added. And if your heart belongs to a simpler time and a simpler life, this is the cookie for you.
Go ahead and add mix-ins if you want to, but as for me, I'll have it simple and old-fashion just the way it is, but with a side of milk... please.
